Day 9

Nothing special today. I was far to tired. I didn't even really eat right. However, I did manage to workout a bit. Here is what I did:

1) 40 Push Ups
2) 20 Sit Ups
3) 20 Weight Drops

I'll have to motivate myself to keep at it. Wish me luck, bye for now.

Day 8

Alright so today has been a crappy Monday to say the least. I got so mad today that I seriously just needed to give my punching bag a good beating. Anyway, I am applying for a job at my library and I hope to be working with kids and young teens this summer. Okay, so today I don't really think I did much by means of working out, but here is the list of what I did:
1) 20 Push Ups
2) 100 Sit Ups
3) 30 mins on the treadmill, 90.6 grams of fat, 283 calories, and 2 miles.

Tomorrow I hope to do this and more, including weight training and more intense reps. Anyway, that is all for now.
